Building strong career pathways starts with meaningful partnerships, this past summer CareerWork$ had the opportunity to do just that. Our team was honored to present at two Comprehensive Career Services Symposiums hosted by MassAbility, bringing together workforce professionals, educators, community organizations, and employment service providers from across Massachusetts.
At each event, CareerWork$ highlighted ReadyWork$ Youth, our dynamic and flexible career readiness curriculum designed to help young people build the skills, confidence, and professional mindset needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Together we explored how ReadyWork$ Youth can be integrated into existing programs to enhance career preparation, strengthen employability skills, and support successful transitions into the world of work.
Beyond the presentations, the symposiums provided valuable opportunities to connect with organizations that share our commitment to expanding opportunities and building inclusive pathways. The conversations were inspiring, reinforcing the growing demand for accessible, engaging, and high-quality career readiness programming that meets young people where they are and prepares them for where they want to go.
These events sparked exciting discussions about future collaborations, expanding access to ReadyWork$ Youth throughout Massachusetts. We are energized by the enthusiasm and shared vision of the professionals we met and look forward to building partnerships that help more young people gain the tools they need to thrive.
A sincere thank you to MassAbility for creating space for these important conversations and for the opportunity to share our work. We’re excited to expand ReadyWork$ Youth into Massachusetts and partner with organizations committed to preparing young people for success.
Together, we can expand access to meaningful career readiness opportunities, equip young people with essential skills and confidence, and empower them to successfully navigate their individual pathways toward brighter futures.
