Unemployment Insurance Services
If you are unemployed, you may be eligible for unemployment insurance. If you are entitled to unemployment benefits, you may file an unemployment insurance claim either in person or by telephone.
To file in person
You may come to CareerWorks in Brockton, Mass.
Walk-In Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 to 4:00 pm
To file by phone with the Division of Unemployment Assistance
Call the TeleClaim Center at 1-877-626-6800 if you are calling from the following area codes - 351, 413, 508, 774, and 978.
Or, call the TeleClaim Center at 617-626-6800 if you are calling from any other area code.
